Lydia Lim is an associate in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Lim represents public and private companies across a range of industries on matters relating to technology, intellectual property, and data privacy and security.

Ms. Lim earned her JD at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as an associate editor for the Journal of International Law. She published her comment, “Reclaiming Mongyudowŏndo: Legal Challenges to Restituting Korean Cultural Property From Japan and Alternative Solutions,” with the same journal. While attending law school, she worked at a leading art law firm and at the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
