Setareh Homayoni is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Litigation & Trial Department.

Ms. Homayoni’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Homayoni completed a clerkship for Judge Andrew J. Guilford in the Central District of California.

While attending law school at the University of California, Berkeley, Ms. Homayoni was an editor for the Berkeley Journal of Criminal Law. Her other activities included serving as the Chair of First Generation Professionals and volunteering as a counselor for the Workers’ Rights Disability Law Clinic. In addition, she served as a legal intern for both Fox Entertainment and the US Attorney’s office in the Northern District of California, San Francisco. Upon graduation, Ms. Homayoni was elected to the Order of the Coif.
