Sašo Kraner is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Shareholder Activism & Takeover Defense Practices.

Mr. Kraner focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and matters relating to activist defense.

    • US$684 million sale of Competitive Power Ventures, an electric power generation development and an asset management company, to OPC Energy
    • Acquisition of a 49% stake in an AES Andes renewable energy portfolio in Chile
