    • US$3 billion acquisition of Domtar Corp., a leading provider of fiber-based products
    • US$2.7 billion acquisition of Resolute Forest Products, a global forest products company
  • Lemonade in its all-stock acquisition of Metromile, a data-science company focused on auto insurance
  • Casper Sleep in its US$300 million take-private by Durational Capital Management
  • Romeo Power in its agreed exchange offer and all-stock merger with Nikola Corporation
  • Astorg Partners in a consortium along with Nordic Capital and Novo Holdings, in connection with the merger of their portfolio company eResearchTechnologies with BioClinica, a technological and scientific leader in clinical imaging, in a deal reported to be valued at US$5.9 billion
  • Global Infrastructure Partners in its:
    • US$684 million sale of Competitive Power Ventures, an electric power generation development and an asset management company, to OPC Energy
    • Acquisition of a 49% stake in an AES Andes renewable energy portfolio in Chile 
  • Leonard Green & Partners in its acquisition of an ownership stake in WellSky Corporation, a provider of healthcare software solutions
