    Sarah Soh is an associate in the Singapore office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

    Ms. Soh’s practice focuses on a variety of corporate transactions, including equity capital markets, debt capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.

    Ms. Soh joined the firm in 2019 after working for a leading Singapore law firm. While there, she completed a six-month secondment with Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited.

    Experience

    Ms. Soh’s representative experience includes advising:

    • Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust in its S$525 million acquisition financing of portfolio assets in Europe and in an equity fund raising of a private placement and preferential offering*
    • Keppel-KBS US REIT in its initial public offering on the Mainboard of the Singapore Stock Exchange*
