• Square in the acquisition of Verse, a Spanish peer-to-peer payments app
• Credit Suisse in the acquisition of a stake in Allfunds Bank 
• A US-based payment entity in the acquisition of a majority stake in a Spanish electronic money company  
• The Carlyle Group on the mandatory public offering launched over 100% of the shares of Bodegas Bilbaínas, S.A., a leading winery located in La Rioja
