Mr. Rigley’s experience includes advising sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, and other financial institutions across a broad range of cross-border financing transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged acquisition financings.
Mr. Rigley spent six months on secondment in the London office of a leading private equity firm.
