Latham Advises on John Menzies PLC UK Takeover
Landmark transaction completes to create Menzies Aviation.
Ms. Sadler advises clients on all aspects of employment, remuneration, and incentives matters.
Ms. Sadler also represents clients and assists deal teams in M&A transactions in relation to UK employment, pensions, and share incentives due diligence.
Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Ms. Sadler trained at a leading international law firm where she gained experience in employment, real estate, and asset finance, and spent time on secondment with the in-house team at Merck Sharpe & Dohme.
She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and Share Plan Lawyers Group.
