Olivia Daniels is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Daniels was a summer associate in the New York office. While attending law school, she worked as a law student representative in the Transnational Legal Clinic and served as a legal intern at the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.

Ms. Daniels received her JD from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was an executive editor for the Journal of International Law and the chapter co-director of the International Refugee Assistance Project. Upon graduation, Ms. Daniels received an Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award.

Prior to law school, Ms. Daniels worked at Human Rights First as well as another global law firm.
