Associate
Nicholas Alston is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Mr. Alston advises companies, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies on finance transactions.
Mr. Alston received his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as the comments editor on The University of Pennsylvania's Journal of Business Law, and as the academic and professionalism co-chair for the Black Law Students Association.
While attending The University of Pennsylvania Law School, Mr. Alston also received a certificate in Business Management from the Wharton School of Business.
