Natalie Claire Robertson

Natalie Robertson is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.

Natalie represents public and private companies on various corporate transactions. Her experience includes:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• General corporate representation
• Initial public offerings (IPOs) and follow-on offerings

While in law school, she served as a staff member of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law, and the California Society.

Prior to law school, Natalie worked as an underwriter at a global insurance company.
