Michelle Cho is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins. Ms. Cho advises clients on anti-corruption matters, white collar criminal defense, and government and internal investigations.

Ms. Cho has experience advising clients on enforcement and compliance matters involving the Department of Justice, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the Stark Law. She has conducted domestic and international internal investigations of companies across a range of industries on subject areas including anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and healthcare fraud and abuse. Ms. Cho also has experience advising clients in matters involving congressional inquiries and subpoenas.

Ms. Cho maintains an active pro bono practice. She has worked with fact and expert witnesses, prepared for and assisted with a high-profile trial, and has been admitted pro hac vice in Alabama.

Prior to returning to Latham, Ms. Cho served as a law clerk for Judge Dana M. Sabraw of the US District Court for the Southern District of California.
