Michela Mancini is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Ms. Mancini is a member of the Finance Department and the Banking Practice. Ms. Mancini’s practice focuses primarily on the representation of investment and commercial banks, borrowers, and private equity firms, in a range of leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings, debt restructurings, and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Ms. Mancini was an associate in the Rome office of an international law firm, practicing in the areas of banking and financial regulation, mergers and acquisitions in the financial services industry, and general corporate law. Ms. Mancini also worked as in-house counsel at American Express, with a particular emphasis on payment services, anti-money laundering, and consumer protection.

Ms. Mancini maintains an active pro bono practice, primarily representing non-profit organizations, low-income entrepreneurs, and immigration benefit applicants.
