Meg Robertson is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Infrastructure Finance practice. 

Ms. Robertson advises sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, funds, and other financial institutions on a broad range of financings in the Energy and Infrastructure sector. 

Ms. Robertson’s experience includes advising: 

  • Ardian on its £450 million acquisition of Icelandic based sustainable data center company Verne Global
  • The sponsors on their NZD$1.6 billion acquisition of a publicly listed donor management company, Pushpay, by way of scheme of arrangement*
  • A government sponsor on its project financing of the New Zealand Western Bay of Plenty Transport Plan* 
  • Air New Zealand on its NZD$400 million standby facility entered into with the New Zealand government in connection with its NZD$1.2 billion recapitalization post the COVID-19 pandemic* 
  • A syndicate of lenders to QIC’s Global Infrastructure Fund on its acquisition of New Zealand private hospital platform Evolution Healthcare* 
  • A syndicate of lenders to ICG on its acquisition of New Zealand radiology and oncology platform Canopy Healthcare* 
  • The lenders to New Zealand telecommunications company Spark New Zealand on its NZD$425 million sustainability-linked refinance*
  • One of New Zealand’s largest retirement village operators on its refinance*
