Macon Bianucci

Macon Bianucci is a finance associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking Practice.

Ms. Bianucci represents investment and commercial banks, private debt funds, and corporate borrowers in a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including leveraged financings and acquisition financings. 

Ms. Bianucci maintains an active pro bono practice, primarily representing individuals seeking asylum.

While attending law school at Georgetown University Law Center, Ms. Bianucci served as a staff editor for the American Criminal Law Review.
