Lyle Stewart is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

As a former software developer, Mr. Stewart draws on his technical experience and project management skills to represent clients on a variety of commercial contracting, intellectual property, and data privacy matters.

Mr. Stewart maintains an active pro bono practice representing individual clients on real estate related matters. He also advises non-profits on technology related transactions and privacy/cybersecurity related concerns.

Mr. Stewart received his JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as an editor for the Georgetown Law Technology Review, and a teacher’s assistant for Computer Programming for Lawyers.
