Ms. Al-Mouallimi has been involved in transactions for a number of well-known regional and international corporate clients, including Riyad Bank and the Carlyle Group. Her practice includes:

Ms. Al-Mouallimi previously worked at the Olayan Group where she focused on compliance, M&A, and litigation. She is also a certified mediator in the State of Indiana.

  • Ayyan Investment Company in connection with the acquisition of a minority stake in Al-Ahsa Medical Services Company by way of a capital increase in accordance with the regulations of the Capital Market Authority
