Libby Martzahn is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.
Ms. Martzahn represents clients across many industries in intellectual property disputes, primarily patent litigation. She has experience with cases in district court, at the International Trade Commission, and at the Patent Trial and Appeals Board.
She advises clients on a variety of matters within the chemical, industrial, mechanical, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor industries.
Ms. Martzahn maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in a range of matters.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Martzahn was employed as a production engineer, managing projects in a large industrial facility. During law school, she was co-president of the Intellectual Property Law Society and a student writer for the Journal of Corporation Law.
