Lewis Atherton

Lewis Atherton is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Atherton has experience advising sponsors, corporate borrowers, and banks across a broad range of international and domestic financing transactions, including general banking, leveraged finance, real estate finance, and funds finance. Prior to joining Latham, Lewis practiced at a leading Scottish law firm acting for some of the largest financial institutions and private equity funds.
