Léo Theillac is an associate in the Litigation & Trial Department of Latham & Watkins’ Paris office.

Léo advises both domestic and international clients on all strategic aspects of French employment law, including day-to-day HR matters, complex litigation, restructuring, sensitive internal investigations, and executive severance. Léo is also expert in handling employment aspects of corporate transactions, including consultation of employee representative bodies, transfer of employees, and collective bargaining.
