Lauren M. Mastronardi is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Prior to joining Latham fulltime, Ms. Mastronardi was a summer associate in the New York office.

Ms. Mastronardi earned her JD from Fordham University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. She served as articles and notes editor of the Fordham Law Review and as a Kaufman Associate Editor of the Moot Court Board. Ms. Mastronardi’s published student note, “Shining the Light a Little Brighter: Should Item 303 Serve As a Basis for Liability Under Rule 10b-5?,” 85 Fordham L. Rev. 335 (2016), received the Parchomovsky-Siegelman Student Graduation Prize.

While in law school, Ms. Mastronardi was an intern for Judge Mary R. O'Donoghue of Queens Family Court.
