Laia Marco

Laia Marco Perpiñà is an associate in the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s global Antitrust & Competition Practice. Her practice focuses on EU and Spanish competition law, as well as on EU regulatory issues.

Ms. Marco represents international companies before the European Commission and the Spanish competition authority in merger control, cartel and state aid proceedings.

Ms. Marco advises clients active in a broad range of industries including advertising, entertainment, energy and pharmaceuticals.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Marco interned in the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium and in the Legal Department of a global Telecommunications company in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
