Kristina (Krissy) McKenna is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins. Her practice focuses on complex trial and litigation.
Ms. McKenna represents clients in a variety of intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on patent litigation before federal district courts, the International Trade Commission, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Ms. McKenna is registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office and has experience at each stage of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, motion practice, fact and expert discovery, taking and defending depositions, arguing in federal court, pre-trial and post-trial briefing, and appeals.
Ms. McKenna has particular experience advising clients within the semiconductor, computer component, medical device, telecommunications, audio, and automotive industries.
Ms. McKenna also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing veterans with disabilities and individuals seeking asylum. She also co-teaches a course with Judge Stark (Fed. Cir.) on intellectual property litigation in federal court at The George Washington University Law School.
Ms. McKenna clerked for Judge Leonard P. Stark at the US District Court for the District of Delaware and for Judge Kathleen M. O’Malley at the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
