Kirby Swartz advises financial institutions and companies on a variety of public and private transactions in the energy industry.

While attending law school, Ms. Swartz was a notes and comments editor for the Houston Law Review, as well as the chief baroness of the Order of the Barons academic honor society. She also taught a law-related course at a local Houston high school.

Ms. Swartz maintains an active pro bono practice, representing a variety of clients on matters ranging from criminal justice to corporate governance.

Ms. Swartz serves as a mentor to undergraduate students via Momentum Education's mentoring program.
