Kayla McCoy is an associate in the Corporate Department of the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. McCoy received her law degree at American University Washington College of Law, where she was a member of the American University Law Review. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Florida. 

Ms. McCoy's experience includes advising:

  • The dealer managers in connection with the tender offer by Stada of a total aggregate principal amount of €271.857 million of (a) its 5% Senior Notes due 2025, (b) its 7.25% Senior Notes due 2025, and (c) its 3.5% Senior Secured Notes due 2024 
  • 888 Holdings plc on their issuance of €400 million Senior Secured Notes due 2027 and €300 million Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2028 in connection with the acquisition of the non-US business of William Hill
  • The dealer managers in connection with the offer to exchange €1.385 billion of Stada’s outstanding 3.5% Senior Secured Notes due 2024 for €1.385 billion of its new 7.5% Senior Secured Notes due 2026
