Katherine Cody is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Cody represents private and public companies, and private equity funds in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and general corporate law matters. Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Cody worked in the New York office of another leading international law firm.

Prior to law school, Ms. Cody worked at a Big Four accounting firm.

Ms. Cody’s representative experience includes advising:

  • Avangrid in its US$2.5 billion acquisition by Iberdrola
  • Energy Capital Partners in its US$2.555 billion acquisition of Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure
