Ms. Salway was seconded to Morgan Stanley, where she worked with the UK investment banking division on a range of corporate transactions and corporate advisory matters.

A recognized leader at the firm, Ms. Salway has served on Latham’s global Recruiting Committee.

She maintains an active pro bono practice, including work for Parents 1st, a nonprofit program for parents across England.

  • Coesia on acquiring the Instrumentation & Tobacco Machinery business of Molins, a manufacturer of secondary tobacco processing machinery
