Kadene Chin supports the firm with respect to interpreting ethics and professional conduct rules, as well as identifying and resolving ethical and business conflicts of interest.
Prior to joining Latham’s Office of the General Counsel, Ms. Chin was a conflicts attorney at another international law firm. She also served as a non-profit advisor, a litigation associate at a national law firm, and a judicial law clerk to Judge Petrese B. Tucker in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
