Julius Maximilian Rogenhofer

Julius Rogenhofer is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Dr. Rogenhofer represents banks, funds, and asset managers on structured finance transactions including asset-backed securitizations, real estate-backed funding structures, and loan portfolio financings.

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Dr. Rogenhofer worked in the London office of an international law firm. He has also spent time on secondment to Goldman Sachs.
