Julia Chen is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Project Development & Finance Practice.
Ms. Chen advises a variety of financial institutions, sponsors, and developers in connection with project financings, acquisition financings, and other energy-related secured lending transactions, including power projects, transmission projects, wind projects, and other renewable energy projects.
Ms. Chen maintains an active pro bono practice, representing refugee clients and international development organizations.
While attending NYU School of Law, Ms. Chen was commentary editor for the NYU Journal of International Law and Politics, where she received the Journal of International Law and Politics Prize (for most outstanding note).
