John Bullock is a corporate associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.

Mr. Bullock represents publicly traded and privately held companies, private equity funds, and venture capital firms in their strategic corporate transactions. His experience includes:

  • Public and private mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions
  • Controlling and minority investments
  • Carve-outs
  • Public and private financing transactions, including debt and equity
  • General corporate representation

He advises clients across a broad range of industries, including software and technology, financial institutions and fintech, internet and digital media, telecommunications, healthcare and life sciences, video games, and retail and consumer products.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Bullock practiced as a corporate and securities associate at a major Canadian law firm. During law school, Mr. Bullock served on the Law Students’ Society, the local branch of Pro Bono Students Canada, and various other associations. Upon graduation, he received the Diana Priestly Award for demonstrating outstanding service to the faculty of law over his entire law school career.
