Isabella Wong is an associate in the Tax Department of Latham & Watkins, based in the London office.

Ms. Wong advises on a range of international tax and transactional tax matters, with a focus on the tax aspects of corporate and finance transactions, multi-jurisdictional tax planning, and tax-related finance and structuring.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Wong practiced at a leading Australian commercial law firm.
