Homam Khoshaim is an associate in the Saudi office, where he is a member of the Corporate Department and the Mergers and Acquisitions and Emerging Companies Practices. Mr. Khoshaim advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, including initial public offerings and other equity capital markets transactions as well as international public and private M&A transactions. He counsels emerging companies and venture capital firms in joint ventures and corporate advisory work. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Khoshaim worked for a leading white-shoe firm based in London.
