Harry Webb is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Webb’s experience includes advising sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, and other financial institutions across a broad range of finance transactions, including complex cross-border acquisition and leveraged financings, bridge financings, refinancings, and other secured lending transactions.

Mr. Webb maintains an active pro bono practice, having advised and assisted various charities, legal clinics, and the World Bank.

Mr. Webb spent time on secondment to the London office of Deutsche Bank, supporting the Leveraged Finance and Investment Grade Lending teams.
