Hamaad Mustafa is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.

Mr. Mustafa primarily advises on corporate transactions, with a particular emphasis on issuances of high-yield debt securities. 

Mr. Mustafa's representative experience includes advising:

  • EIG Pearl, owner of 49% shareholding in Aramco Oil Pipelines Company, in connection with its inaugural US$2.5 billion dual-tranche bond offering
  • Bank of America and the remaining syndicate of initial purchasers in the US$1.525 billion sustainability-linked senior secured notes offering by an affiliate of Liberty Global
  • The note purchasers in connection with the private placement of £1.585 billion of senior secured notes by Viridor Energy Group Limited, a portfolio company of KKR
  • Universal Music Group, in connection with setting up its European medium term notes program and its inaugural dual-tranche offering of €1 billion senior notes under the program
  • Ontario Teachers’ Finance Trust in a US$2 billion Reg S/Rule 144A senior notes offering*
  • Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Goldman, Sachs & Co. as underwriters in a US$7.8 billion multi-loan, senior unsecured notes offering by the Asian Development Bank under ADB’s global medium-term note program*
  • The managers in a US$2 billion Rule 144A/Rule 144A debt offering by the Asian Development Bank*
  • Prudential Financial, Inc. in its US$600 million and US$400 million dual-tranche notes offering*
  • OCI in its strategic partnership with the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), combining ADNOC Fertilizer with OCI’s MENA  nitrogen fertilizer platform to form a new joint venture. The joint venture created the largest export-focused nitrogen fertilizer platform globally*
