Gracia Engwaya is an associate in the Frankfurt office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Ms. Engwaya represents national as well as international clients in all areas of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on trademark, patent, competition, and copyright law. She advises clients on IP and know-how transfer, in particular on transactions in the field of intellectual property and information technology.

Ms. Engwaya studied law at the University of Mannheim. She also holds a Bachelor of Law focused on economic law.

During her legal clerkship, she worked at other renowned law firms as a law clerk in areas related to transactions as well as in areas of intellectual property litigation.

Ms. Engwaya's experience includes advising:
