Frederick Brodie is a knowledge management lawyer in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Prior to joining Latham, he trained with a leading Australian law firm where he gained experience across a broad range of corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital market transactions, and general corporate matters.

Mr. Brodie's recent experience includes advising:

  • Platinum Equity in connection with its acquisition of Pattonair, a global aerospace and defense supply chain provider
  • Platinum Equity on its US$1.3 billion acquisition of Wyndham Worldwide’s European vacation rental business
