Fabienne Rotering is an associate in Latham & Watkins' Düsseldorf office and a member of the Global Antitrust & Competition Practice.

Ms. Rotering advises clients on all areas of European and German competition law. She represents clients both before competition authorities globally (including the European Commission and the German and Austrian Federal Cartel Offices) as well as international and national courts (including the European Court of Justice and the German Federal Court of Justice).

Her main area of expertise is in the digital and telecommunications industry, with a focus on social networks and platforms.

Ms. Rotering was seconded to one of the largest telecommunication companies in Europe for six months and supported their in-house legal teams in all competition law related matters.

She regularly provides internal trainings on new legal developments (such as the DMA) and external compliance trainings to clients.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Rotering worked as a legal trainee for other major law firms in their corporate and antitrust practice groups in Düsseldorf and Cologne. During her studies, Ms. Rotering was a scholarship holder at Latham & Watkins and one other international law firm.
