Erin Gilgen

Erin Gilgen is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.

Ms. Gilgen represents issuers and financial institutions in a range of debt and equity capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Gilgen worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Anne M. Patterson of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. While in law school, she acted as a teaching associate for legal research and writing classes, was a member of the Rutgers University Law Review and the Moot Court Board, and received the Rutgers Outstanding Scholastic Achievement Award for Excellence in Criminal Law.
