Mr. Schwartzman represents private equity sponsors and public and private companies in a variety of complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, dispositions, take-privates, carve-outs, restructurings, and joint ventures. Mr. Schwartzman previously practiced in Latham’s New York office both as an associate and a partner, where he served as the Co-Chair of the New York Corporate Department and as a member of the Recruiting Committee. Prior to rejoining Latham, he served as a partner in the Bay Area at another leading international law firm.
