Mr. Schwartzman represents private equity sponsors and public and private companies in a variety of complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, dispositions, take-privates, carve-outs, restructurings, and joint ventures. He has deep experience in a diverse range of industries, including technology and its many subsectors, telecommunications, media and entertainment, financial services, healthcare, consumer, retail, energy, manufacturing, and industrials.

Mr. Schwartzman previously practiced in Latham’s New York office both as an associate and a partner, where he served as the Co-Chair of the New York Corporate Department and as a member of the Recruiting Committee. Prior to rejoining Latham, he served as a partner in the Bay Area at another leading international law firm.
