Eric Kleine

Eric Kleine is a corporate associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Kleine represents private equity firms and private companies in corporate matters and strategic transactions, including mergers, LBOs, acquisitions, dispositions, and controlling and minority investments.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Kleine practiced at another leading international law firm in San Francisco and was a M&A partner in the Toronto office of a Canadian national law firm.
