Emilie McConnachie is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins.
Ms. McConnachie represents public and private companies and large investment banks in a variety of transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, and corporate governance.
Ms. McConnachie received her law degree from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where she attended as a J.H. Wigmore Scholarship recipient. While attending law school, Ms. McConnachie served as an editor for the Northwestern Law Review and as a competitor and coach on the Northwestern Negotiation Team. Prior to attending law school, Ms. McConnachie worked in life sciences at universities in Canada and Brazil and published research on animal behavior, genetics, and public perceptions towards science.
