L. Elizabeth Yonkoski is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.
Ms. Yonkoski is an unassigned associate with a focus on litigation. She represents clients in government investigations, insurance claims, and other types of complex commercial litigation. She also does pro bono work with a focus on criminal defense, immigration cases, and veteran disability appeals.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Yonkoski worked as a summer associate for the Department of Justice, National Courts Division, and worked as a paralegal for a Massachusetts solo practitioner. While in law school, she represented entrepreneurs in the Cyberlaw Clinic and the Recording Artists Project, and was a teaching assistant for the Trial Advocacy Workshop.
