Eleni Christou is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Christou represents private fund sponsors, from large institutional asset managers to first-time fund sponsors, as well as investors in connection with structuring, negotiating, investing in, forming, and operating private investment funds.

She also advises clients on co-investments, joint ventures, alternative investment vehicles, and secondary transactions.

Ms. Christou maintains an active pro bono practice, and she served in the Peace Corps as a Youth Development volunteer in Morocco.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Christou was an investment funds associate in the Chicago office of another leading international law firm.
