David Lohr directs a global team responsible for the firm’s business intake procedures and supports all Latham offices with respect to the associated compliance and risk management issues. As a member of the firm’s Office of the General Counsel, he advises the firm regarding the rules of professional conduct, regulatory requirements, and its internal policies and procedures.
Mr. Lohr previously worked as a legal marketing professional and as a conflicts attorney at another international law firm.
