David Califano is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Califano advises issuers and underwriters in a range of debt and equity capital markets transactions, as well as in public company representation and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters. 

Mr. Califano handles a variety of capital markets transactions, including:

  • Debt capital markets transactions, including high yield and investment grade debt
  • Equity capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and rights issues
  • ESG financing

A former member of the firm’s Paris and London offices, Mr. Califano worked for three years as in-house counsel on capital markets transactions at a major international investment bank in London.
