Darby Dietrich is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.

Ms. Dietrich primarily handles capital markets, general securities, and corporate matters. She has experience advising issuers and investment banking firms on a broad range of financing transactions, including initial public offerings, SPAC offerings, direct listings, follow-on equity offerings, and investment grade and high-yield debt offerings. Ms. Dietrich’s experience also includes providing general corporate and US securities law advice.

Ms. Dietrich was previously seconded to BofA Securities, where she advised on a broad array of equity and equity-linked capital markets transactions.

Ms. Dietrich maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting the Public Rights Project and advising small businesses and entrepreneurs.
