  • Energy Capital Partners, in the acquisition of Triple Oak Power, a renewable energy developer with a pipeline of more than 8.0GW of renewable development projects
  • Energy Capital Partners, in the acquisition of Pivot Energy, a national commercial and community solar developer 
  • Global Infrastructure Partners, in the acquisition of Atlas Renewable Energy, the second largest independent renewables developer in Latin America with 14 fully contracted solar assets that produce 2.3GW of installed capacity, across Brazil, Chile, Mexico, and Uruguay
  • Syneos Health, Inc. (Nasdaq: SYNH), in US$7.1 billion take-private acquisition by a consortium of private investment firm affiliates composed of Elliott Investment Management L.P., Patient Square Capital, and Veritas Capital 
  • Avenue Capital Management, in continuation fund acquisition of Middle River Power, the second largest independently owned thermal power generation portfolio in California
  • ContourGlobal, in the US$837 million acquisition of a portfolio of natural gas-fired and Combined Heat and Power assets 1,502 MW located in the US and Trinidad and Tobago  
  • PowerFlex, an EDF Renewables North America affiliate and leading provider of intelligent solar, storage, and electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions for commercial and industrial customers, in investment from Manulife Investment Management
  • The Paper Excellence Group, in the US$2.7 billion acquisition of Resolute Forest Products Inc. (NYSE: RFP) (TSX: RFP), a global forest products company
  • Lemonade (NYSE: LMND), in the acquisition of Metromile (NASDAQ: MILE, MILEW), a data science company focused on auto insurance, in an all-stock transaction
  • Advantage Solutions, Inc. in the US$5.2 billion business combination between Advantage Solutions and Conyers Park II Acquisition Corp.
  • DXC Technology in the US$5 billion sale of its US State and Local Health and Human Services Business to Veritas Capital
  • DXC Technology in the US$525 million sale of its Global Healthcare Information Systems Software Business to the Dedalus Group
