Ms. Garcia's experience includes:

• Advising financial institutions in the ~US$500 million construction of a 875MW combined-cycle power plant known as Tierra Mojada located in Jalisco, Mexico developed by Fisterra Energy and Blackstone*
• Developing bid packages and devising and implementing a legal strategy for SunPower, a US$1.04 billion American solar energy developer, to compete in Mexico’s first and second power, capacity, and clean energy certificate auctions, obtaining ~500MW, ~25% of all power awarded in the first auction*
• Drafting and negotiating long-term power purchase agreements for SunPower and a ~US$4 billion airport operator to generate electricity for eight Mexican airports*
• Advising Nacional Financiera in the refinancing of the US$72 million VAT facility for a 396MW wind power electric generation facility known as Mareña developed by Macquarie Group*
• Advising a syndicate of banks in the US$212 million financing for the design, construction, and operation of a 130MW wind farm developed by Mexico Power Group*
• Advising Cinepolis, the largest movie theater company in Latin America, in the development and MXN$426 million financing of a 20MW wind power plant and MXN$67 million VAT financing*
• Advising OPIC and NADB in the US$241 million financing of a 62.7MW and 85.8MW wind power plants developed by Fronteras Renovables (Tres Mesas)*
