Cody Conwell

Cody Conwell is an associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Emerging Companies, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Private Equity Practices.

Mr. Conwell represents public and emerging private companies and their venture capital and private equity investors in a full range of corporate transactions, including early-stage formation and strategy, venture capital financings, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters encompassing the full lifecycle of the company from formation to liquidity.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Conwell was an associate at another leading international law firm.
