Clayton Mark is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Mark advises private equity funds, private equity portfolio companies, and other public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters.

Mr. Mark primarily assists private equity funds and their portfolio companies in domestic and cross-border buy-side and sell-side transactions, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, carve-out transactions, and minority investments.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Mark was an associate in the private equity mergers and acquisitions practice of another international law firm.

While attending law school at The George Washington University Law School, Mr. Mark was a member of The George Washington Law Review.

Prior to law school, Mr. Mark concentrated in East Asian Studies at Harvard.
